Who we are
ORISVO designs, builds and hosts websites for healthcare practices. These terms apply to this website and to work we do for you unless we sign something different that says otherwise.
What we provide
A custom-designed website built from scratch for your practice, connected to your domain, hosted by us, with your existing scheduling software connected where you want it. The one-time build fee is quoted before work starts and does not change unless the scope of the project changes and you agree to it in writing.
The monthly plan
The monthly fee covers hosting, uptime monitoring, backups and small updates — hours, photos, contact details, adding a provider. Larger work is quoted separately: new pages, an additional location with its own scheduler setup, or a redesign. We will always tell you which side something falls on before we start.
There is no minimum term. You can cancel the monthly plan at any time and we will not charge you again after the current period.
What we need from you
- Content, photos and logo, or permission for us to source suitable stock imagery
- Access to your domain registrar, or authority to make the changes on your behalf
- Timely feedback during the refinement stage
Timelines assume this arrives promptly. If it does not, the timeline moves with it.
Ownership
The finished website and your domain are yours. When you ask, we will hand over the hosting login so you can manage it yourself or move it elsewhere. We keep the right to reuse general techniques, code patterns and know-how, as any developer does.
You are responsible for making sure the content you give us — text, photographs, logos, patient images — is yours to use, and that any required consents have been obtained.
Payment
The build fee is invoiced as agreed at the outset. The monthly fee begins when the site goes live. If an invoice goes unpaid for an extended period we may suspend hosting after giving you notice.
What we don't promise
We will make your site fast, accessible and easy for patients to use. We cannot promise specific search rankings, a particular number of new patients, or uninterrupted uptime — no host can. We are not liable for losses beyond the amount you have paid us.
Compliance
We build with accessibility in mind and follow current web standards. We are not a law firm, and a website cannot be certified as legally compliant by us or by any automated tool. Advertising and professional conduct rules for your profession remain your responsibility, and we will work with you to meet them.
Ending the arrangement
Either of us can end the monthly plan at any time. If you leave, we will give you the files and the hosting access. If we end it, we will give you reasonable notice and do the same.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
