What we collect
We only collect what you give us. If you fill in a form on this site, we receive the name, practice name, email address, phone number and message you typed. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details needed to place that appointment on a calendar.
Like most websites, we also receive standard technical information automatically — the pages you viewed, roughly where in the world you are, the type of browser you used, and the site that referred you.
What we use it for
- Replying to you and arranging a call
- Preparing a quote and, if you become a client, building and supporting your website
- Understanding which pages people find useful so we can improve the site
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below, and only to the extent they need it to do their job.
Advertising and analytics
We use advertising and analytics tools that place cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. These help us measure whether our advertising is working and show relevant ads to people who have visited this site. They may collect a device identifier and the pages you viewed. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your browser settings or the ad platform's own preference tools.

A note on patient information
Please don't send us patient details
ORISVO is a website company, not a healthcare provider or a business associate under HIPAA. Our contact forms are not designed to receive protected health information, and you should not use them to send patient names, records or clinical details. If a project requires us to handle anything of that nature, we will agree the right arrangements with you in writing first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for follow-up, and client records for as long as we work together plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Team@ORISVO.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the GDPR.
Children
This site is intended for business use by practice owners and staff. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
