We are a small team and we hire rarely. When we do, we look here first.
Where things stand right now
We are not running an open search at the moment. Our development team has been together since 2018 and we grow slowly on purpose — it is the reason our work is consistent.
That said, we do keep applications on file, and when something opens up we go through them before posting anywhere. If you build for the web and the work below sounds like yours, send it over.
What we tend to look for
Front-end developers
Hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript. We do not use page builders, so we care more about fundamentals than framework familiarity.
Designers
People who can make a small practice look considered rather than corporate, and who understand that a website is read on a phone in a waiting room.
Accessibility specialists
WCAG in practice rather than in theory. Healthcare sites have a real obligation here and we would rather get it right.
Client support
Someone organised and patient who can talk to a practice manager without jargon and turn a request into a change on a live site.
How we work
- Fully remote, and we have been since long before it was common
- Small projects with short timelines — most sites go live in about a week
- Healthcare only, so you learn one field properly rather than ten superficially
- No agency layers between you and the person who decides
